Eis Cafe Zammatteo in Aachen

I have no idea what happened, but the excellent quality of the last few years was no longer noticeable last season. Only a few types of ice cream (which in itself would not be wrong) in the basic types. The other much sought-after ones such as Cookies, pralinone or mocha were always "gone", "all" or "we don't have any more". Guys, do you sell the varieties at your own discretion ?! Shouldn't demand determine what is sold? And there are no lumps of frozen water in a really good sushi, right? We'll try the ice cream at Zammatteo again next spring. Maybe then the usual quality will return?
